St. Louis City "Revised" Mechanical Ordinance Procedures

As of June 21,2010, St. Louis City will begin enforcing its new Mechanical Code covered by the St. Louis City Ordinance 68639. This ordinance includes new licensing requirements for Residential work, Sheetmetal work, and HVAC Service-Installer work. Limited Grandfathering is available for these licenses. Also, covered by the Ordinance are both new commercial permitting requirements and residential permitting requirements.
